This tour combines villas and medieval towns. Starting from Cittadella where it is possible to walk on the medieval walls but also visiting the neoclassic theatre and in the church the Jacopo Da Ponte altarpiece. We continue to Castelfranco for a nice visit of Giorgione altarpiece 'Castelfranco Madonna ‘and his house. Next visit is in the town of Fanzolo at the exquisite Palladian Villa Emo-Capodilista with nice frescoes. Next will be the town of Maser for the visit of the beautiful Palladian Villa Barbaro-Volpi a wonderful house where it is possible to compare the architect Andrea Palldio with the painter, Paolo Veronese, who after his work leave in the corner of the last painted room, his slippers to take himself’s leave of the villa. Last visit of a medieval town is in Asolo where it is possible to enjoy nice views and beautiful landscapes.

Fortified Towns in the Euganean Hills:
Starting from Monselice we take a nice walk through the castle and the seven churches. Then we reach the medieval town of Montagnana for the visit of the Rocca degli Alberi and the interesting church. After we reach Este in order to admire its walls, the Park and its important Archaeological Museum. Another famous fortified town is Arquà Petrarca where the Italian poet spent the last years of his life. Before to leave this characteristic town we enjoy a ‘giuggiole’ tasting (Wild fruits under brew)

Only Palladian Villas:
If you are a Palladio’s lover, I suggest you a trip along the Brenta River, a waterway from Padua to Venice in order to reach the Palladian Villa Foscari in Malcontenta. Then proceeding towards Treviso, we reach the wonderful Palladian Villa Emo-Capodilista in Fanzolo. Not far away we enjoy the visit of another well-famous Palladian Villa Barbaro in Maser. Then continuing the tour we reach the city of Vicenza for the visit of the jewel of Palladio Villa Capra-Valmarana La Rotonda at Vicenza. Finally in the province of Padua the exquisite Palladian Villa Cornaro in Piombino Dese.
